Clauvia AI is an AI-powered legal document generation platform operated by ProJohnson Consulting Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom. The platform is accessible at https://clauvia.ai.

Clauvia AI allows users to generate tailored Terms of Service and Privacy Policy documents for their businesses across 30+ global jurisdictions using artificial intelligence.

By creating an account, making a purchase, or using any part of the Clauvia AI platform, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have read and agree to these Terms
• If acting on behalf of a business, you have authority to bind that business to these Terms

Clauvia AI provides AI-generated legal document drafts. Important limitations:

• Documents generated by Clauvia AI are not legal advice
• No solicitor-client relationship is created by your use of this platform
• You should always have AI-generated documents reviewed by a qualified legal professional before publishing or relying on them
• We make no warranty that generated documents are legally sufficient, accurate, or fit for any particular purpose in any jurisdiction

To access full features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at admin@clauvia.ai
• Maintain only one active account per person or entity

Clauvia AI offers the following pricing plans:

• One-Time Generation — £49: Single payment for one complete Terms of Service and Privacy Policy document covering all selected jurisdictions
• Monthly Subscription — £15/month: Recurring monthly access including unlimited regenerations, document history, and priority support

All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. By making a payment, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

Due to the digital and immediately consumable nature of AI-generated documents, all sales are generally final once a document has been generated.

However, we consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. To submit a request, email admin@clauvia.ai within 14 days of purchase with your order details and reason for the request.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law.

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically on the same date each month. You may cancel at any time through your dashboard billing settings or by emailing admin@clauvia.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused portions of a billing period.

You agree not to use Clauvia AI to:

• Generate documents intended to facilitate illegal activities
• Impersonate any person, organisation, or legal entity
• Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform
• Resell access to the platform without our prior written consent
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free trials or other promotions
• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

Platform ownership: All technology, software, design, trademarks, and content comprising the Clauvia AI platform (excluding user content) belongs to ProJohnson Consulting Ltd.

Generated documents: Upon full payment, you own the intellectual property rights in the specific documents generated for you. This does not restrict us from generating similar documents for other users.

Your content: You retain ownership of all files and information you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of generating your document.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROJOHNSON CONSULTING LTD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated documents will be legally valid or enforceable in any jurisdiction.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PROJOHNSON CONSULTING LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim; or (b) £100.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email and by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of Clauvia AI after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
